Hello, Friends!

HI!

Thank you for being here!  Here is a very quick bio about me and some of the things I am most proud of.

I am 43, an Army Military Police Veteran, proud Johnson County, Indiana resident, small business owner of Bargersville Wellness, political content creator, and an active member and supporter of many community organizations.

I feel honored be mother to our four-year-old, Violet, step mom to two (now adult) women Jordan and Madison, and wife of geologist, feminist, democratic candidate, fellow activist, Michael, of 12 years. I have a BAS in Massage Therapy and MBA both from Siena Heights University in Adrian, Michigan. I am an esthetician, massage therapist, and yoga teacher by trade but have always been an activist at heart. I just didn't know how to use my voice in spite of it being considered "impolite" until very recently.

I have run for two municipal offices as a democrat in 2023 and 2024, I am the Indiana Chapter Lead for B!tches Get Stuff Done, am heavily involved in the No Small Acts National initiative to organize on the county, in all counties, to fight against extremism and harmful legislation on the state and national level.

I am Chairwoman for Veterans for Indiana PAC, the White River 09 Precinct Chairwoman, in the current class of Hoosier Women Forward, a 2024 graduate of the Emerging Leaders Project, a 2024 graduate of Center Grove Ambassadors, a 2022 graduate of Leadership Johnson County as well as the recipient of the Diane Black Servant Leadership award in 2023 from Leadership Johnson County.

I enlisted in 2002 because of my love of, and faith in, our country and the values within the constitution and still fight as a civilian to uphold my oath and defend our country against bad actors both domestic and foreign.
